        Todd Devin has been a licensed Realtor since 1994 beginning his career with traditional, nationally franchised firms.  Todd realized early on that the corporate agenda conflicted with his goal of providing a superior level of service while saving his clients money, so he opened Devin Properties with the goal of providing a superior level individualized service for those interested in real estate in San Diego. Todd's corporate vision included a commitment to a one stop real estate experience that is "Fast, Fair and Hassle Free."  Todd realizes that the key to successfully selling homes is tied to listening to his clients goals and then developing a plan to help them achieve those goals.

CRS - The Certified Residential Specialist is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.

GRI – Graduate, REALTOR® Institute is a nationally recognized educational institute dedicated to furthering the fundamental knowledge and skills of REALTORS. The GRI designation is earned by completing a national program of specialized and advanced education for the licensed REALTOR®.

ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative is a designation from the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council that trains experienced REALTORS in specifically representing the real estate consumer
